Pine on the Rocks is a breathtaking overlook in Makoshika State Park, Montana, where vast badlands fill the horizon in stark contrast with the surrounding praries of the local region.  Standing in this place, you can almost hear an ancient, magical whisper through the pine trees that calls you to explore the treacherous, unbelievable, treasure-filled landscapes. Jenna has hiked to the farthest point in this painting many times, and always comes back from these excursions covered in gumbo with a full soul.
